Driven by an ambition to reach even greater heights in his profession, Dr. Borges made the significant decision to relocate back to the United States with his older brother and practice partner, Dr. Yuri Borges. He attended dental school for a second time, earning his DMD at the prestigious Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey. During this second chapter of his education, the Borges brothers’ exceptional abilities earned them both a spotlight position and a clinical award for outstanding clinical performance—a testament to their dedication and skill.
The dream of building a life and practice in Florida drew the brothers to St. Augustine, where Dr. Stalin Borges and his family now call St. John’s County home. Outside the practice, Dr. Borges is a devoted family man who enjoys spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and their beloved Sheltie. When he’s not in the practice, Dr. Borges channels his discipline and determination into endurance athletics. An avid runner, he has completed numerous triathlons and marathons, including an ultramarathon in Ireland and a full marathon in the challenging Atacama Desert of Chile.
